I don't talk about it much but I am a gamer - not a hardcore gamer but I love video games. I'm into emulation stuff too. I found one of the coolest sites ever, The Video Game Atlas. This is not only a good resource for getting through some of those old games but it's cool to see these game levels all laid out instead of only one screen at a time.

Speaking of old games the 8-bit era of gaming produced some fun games but the limited color palette made it difficult to make games look as good as they played. However, a few games managed to overcome the limitations. Take a gander at one of the best looking NES games I've ever seen, Batman. Yep, a movie tie-in no less. The gameplay gets a bit repetitive and it's difficult (at least for this gaming lightweight) but it looks great!
